Hello, I’m Brittany and I am so glad you are here. I grew up in the Tulsa area, but I now live in McAlester with my husband. I began practicing yoga many years ago and after personally experiencing how yoga can heal and strengthen the mind and body, I knew I wanted to share with my community. To me yoga means connecting your movements with your breath and promoting intentional thought while doing so. It is that simple. I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in June 2019. I am excited to share my passion with you.
